No matter the season, our classes continue uninterrupted. On sunny days, practice under the open sky with fresh sea air, while on cooler or rainy days, we transition to a cosy indoor space with French doors that open to stunning harbour views.

What to Bring to Class

  • Yoga Mat: Please bring your own yoga mat.
  • Towel: Handy for extra support and post-class refreshment.
  • Water Bottle: Stay hydrated before, during, and after class.
  • Comfortable Clothing: Wear flexible attire that allows for a full range of movement.
