  • A Water Bottle: Hydration is key—drink before, during, and after your session.
  • Breathable, Stretch-Friendly Clothing: Opt for attire that allows unrestricted movement and comfort.
  • Class Booking Required: To ensure space for everyone, please book in advance. Sessions fill up quickly!
